Tickets & Viewing Areas
There’s an open area and a viewing tower/gallery with different ticket categories (small fees, higher for the heated lounge). Prices change, so confirm at the counter. The open area is often the best for photos.
How to Reach Tiger Hill

- Cloud check: Ask your driver the night before; if forecast is cloudy, swap to the next day.

- Look behind you: The best show is on Kanchenjunga (north-west), not the sun itself.
- Coffee: Vendors sell hot coffee at the top – carry change.
- Cold: It can be near freezing in Dec–Jan. Wear gloves and caps.
- Photography: Use a telephoto/zoom for Kanchenjunga; set exposure for the peaks.
